About Me
I was born and raised in Venezuela and came to Australia in 2012 for what was meant to be a one-year adventure. But life surprised me — I fell in love with Sydney, got married, had two beautiful boys, and now I get to call Australia home.
Movement has been part of my life forever. I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2013, and I’m passionate about body balance, functional strength, and restorative movement — the kind that helps you slow down, tune in, and trust your body again.
For me, movement is transition, evolution and freedom. And honestly… so is motherhood. Some days it’s messy and improvised, other days it’s beautifully planned, but all of it shapes us. Motherhood becomes this big mirror where we grow, learn, and heal.
Coming from a country where caesareans are often scheduled the moment you find out you’re pregnant, it was almost shocking to see vaginal birth treated as “normal” here. Luckily, two of my closest (and very Type-A) friends had babies before I did — they opened my eyes and taught me so much.
When I had my first baby in 2018, everything changed. Birth completely blew me away. Back then social media wasn’t overflowing with information, but I was surrounded by a team who held me, guided me, and made me feel genuinely safe. I later realised that my positive experience wasn’t what most women were having… and that lit something inside me.
After my second baby, I knew I couldn’t ignore that pull anymore. I wanted families to feel supported, informed, and empowered in birth — not rushed, dismissed, or left guessing.
So I started with what I knew: the body. I dove deep into how movement influences pregnancy and birth — Spinning Babies, Optimal Maternal Positioning, Body Ready Method — and I began helping women create balance in their bodies and space in their pelvis.
But the more I learned, the clearer it became: birth isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, spiritual, instinctive. Continuity of care and feeling genuinely supported change everything.
And that’s when I became a doula.
Today, I bring together movement, intuition, emotional support and evidence-based guidance in a way that feels warm, grounding and personalised to you.
I’m someone who shows up with intuition and zero judgment. I believe deeply in informed choice, and I trust that you are the expert in your own experience. My job is to support you so you feel confident, heard and held — not to tell you what to do.
I also believe partners play an incredibly important role in birth. Their presence matters. My role is to support both of you and to create the space that allows the partner to show up fully and lovingly.
Above all, I believe in women’s innate wisdom. Birth is something we don’t “learn” — it’s something we remember when we feel safe, supported and connected to our bodies.
This work is my heart.
Being invited into your birth space is one of the greatest honours of my life — and I don’t take that lightly.
